More admin vervs. (With admin level requirements)

Ok so get this. These are the verbs and reasons for having them.
World Chat Clear This verb is used for clearing the chat when someone says something bad.
Give Levels This verb can be used as a prize if an event is broken, or for when a reboot or a crash happens when someone is leveling.
Give Zenni is a verb that allows you to give zenni (any amount) as a prize.
Give Valiants is a verb that allows you to give Valiants (any amount) as a prize.
Give TPs is a verb that allows you to give TPs (any amount) as a prize.
Give stats is a verb that might replace edit, but in need of a situation where you have negative stats, just in case that somehow happens again.
Eavesdrop is a verb that is used for purposes such as bullying, cursing, racism, disrespect, ETC in guild chat, whisper, scouter say, any chat channel. Then the situation can be taken care of.
Horde Event verb allows you to make horde events.
Zenni event verb allows you to make the zenni event happen whenever you want.

world chat clear will never happen.
Give verb is something I want to talk to vegito about all above except stats. additionally give verb will NOT work on yourself or MK accounts.
Eavesdrop... I wont code it. Everyone has a right to their privacy and if bullying is going on within the clan the person can leave the clan and report it to admins.
